Returns of opened boxes, close-outs, odd lots or clearance items are not permitted Returned items must be in salable, unmodified condition.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt after authorization via e-mail conformation at: sales@floorvariety.com by FLOOR VARIETY 4 Less to receive a replacement or a refund.
Items must be shipped back insured and properly packaged.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the cancelled order was already shipped, you will be responsible for freight charges both ways.
Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Money from cancellation fees will be held by FLOOR VARIETY 4 Less as a customer store credit. Store credit will be issued to customer in the form of gift certificate number with FLOOR VARIETY 4 Less confirmation. Store credit may be redeemed at anytime, do not expire and are transferrable.
All delivery dates are estimates. We recommend that you do not book installation until you receive your product.
At the time you received your order you need to be aware that you must check the order for damages or missing items. if you don’t check the materials yourself please make sure that the person signing for them checked for damages or missing items. If no damages are noted when signing lading paper work, Floor Variety 4 Less can not be held responsible for any damages or shortages that Accor.
